SER Staff

SER is a full service technology supplier. Our team of designers, engineers and installers assist our clients from concept to completion on all aspects of our projects we perform. This allows us to maintain a high level of control over the quality and attention given to each and every project. Our complete staff of approximately 100 professionals can handle projects of any size and can create solutions to any opportunity to the full satisfaction of our customer. We maintain control of each and every event down to the slightest detail with our onsite project management staff.

The following are brief descriptions of various staff members that are available according to the needs of our clients:

Management Staff

SER has a highly qualified and experienced management team with a diverse background in technology integration. Their active participation provides expertise and knowledge to resolve almost any task that comes their way.

Sales Staff

Our sales staff consists of experienced professionals who all have received formalized industry training. They maintain a strong desire to determine a solution that will totally satisfy clients’ problems which is consistent with the client’s objectives and within budget. Our account staff has the authority to make all account and client planning decisions "on the spot".

Engineering Staff

Our engineering staff consists of qualified system engineers that have the training and experience to create designs and electronic engineering drawings that maintain the appropriate codes and standards. Functional stability and integrity are of the primary importance and accomplished without sacrificing design elements. They create construction drawings and layout floor plans that allow the most cost effective method to produce the final product.

Project Management

A Project Manager is assigned to each specific project to coordinate daily activities, making certain every detail is handled. With the experience to identify and address problems before they arise, our project management team is able to prevent unnecessary delays and/or cost overruns. Project Managers ensure that the client's requirements are fulfilled and that all departments maintain the appropriate lines of communications.

Our Project Managers utilize standard project management software such as Microsoft Project and disciplines set forth by the PMI Institute. Our Project Managers are senior level personnel that are experienced in managing large scale and national projects on time and within budget.
