serve. As a Michigan Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
as certified by the Michigan Minority Business Development
Council (MMBDC), every project we do, every service

competitive cost. SER is currently working with a number
of Local, County, State, and Federal agencies to upgrade
and maintain existing networks and to install new high-speed
network and security systems throughout the region.
